This song grew on me. When I first heard it I wasn’t sure if I liked it. But yesterday it came on the radio and it clicked in my head as a song I liked.
I think its because of the 80’s vibe without being total cheese ball 80’s. Its obvious this is the sound they were going for as you watch the video. The lead singer looks like she is trying to pull off a Joan Jett look.
I like the fuzzy, synth sounding guitar. Its like the 80’s with better effects.
There isn’t a lot of depth to this song, but its just a fun pop song. I would much prefer to dance than some singers that are supposed to be dance music.
