Though I love cooking, I also love eating out. I love eating out A LOT. And I feel like my eating out is getting a little out of hand. Both for the size of my wallet and the size of my waist line.
Therefore I am challenging myself to a month of only eating meals I (or my wonderful husband) have prepared at home. This means no sushi at Sasabune, no carnita burritos at Tacos Por Favor or even bread pudding at Urth Caffe. But hopefully it means I’ll be leaner and my wallet will be fatter by the end of March.

I will join you when I can! My husband and I have been trying to eat in more to help with finances and with our health as well. Tonight's meal with chicken covered in salsa baked in the oven with homemade Spanish rice (brown rice with sautéed onions, peppers and tomatoes).
